Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services where available.

Standard Delivery

• Price: £4.50
• Carrier: Royal Mail or Evri tracked service (depending on parcel size and weight)
• Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Tracking: Included where applicable

Packaging

All orders are securely packed using protective mailer bags or boxes to ensure items arrive safely.

Tracking

Where tracked services are used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.
