Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and shipped via Royal Mail or EVRI, depending on the service selected or parcel requirements. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, and may vary slightly depending on your location and/or any courier delays outside of our control.
Customs & Duties
Good news – UK customers will not be charged customs fees or import duties on orders placed through our store. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay!
