Please note that all items are non-refundable due to the nature of our products. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Why We Have This Policy

All of the items we sell are hygiene-related, which means we are unable to resell returned goods. For this reason, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at americanaisleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
